Is there a free trial?
Yes. The live demo administration is completely free and pre-filled β log in and explore the whole product. It resets daily and sends no e-mails, so you can experiment freely.
Can I self-host InnoKEYS?
Yes. InnoKEYS runs as a hosted service, or you can self-host it with Docker or on Plesk. Talk to us about the Scale plan for self-hosting and support.
Which payment providers are supported?
Mollie, Stripe, PayPal and Moneybird, plus manual invoicing. One-time and recurring payments are both supported, with refunds and automatic renewal.
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union. Each administration runs in its own isolated database, with daily automatic backups and full audit logging.
Can I migrate my existing licenses?
Yes. Create licenses in bulk or push them through the management API, keeping your existing codes. We're happy to help you plan a migration.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Your software verifies a license by its code through the API, and webshop customers check out without creating an account.
